Forum user/moderator problems

I'm trying to set up a Forum with several sub-forums, and users and moderators, much like this site. Not all forums are open to all members, so I use assign limited (http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/customization/access_control/limited_role_assignment) to specify which users should be able to access which forums. This works fine.

Now I want to set up a smiliar setup with forum moderators. I have it set up in the exact same way, the only difference is that the moderators (naturally) have the rigts to edit and remove entries. But when I assign limited on one of the forums to one user, this one user gets full moderator access to all forums!

Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening, how I can prevent it etc? All help appriciated!
