create an override of the template /toolbar/full/node_list.tpl
for your siteaccess, copying the default template code and change
fetch parameters:
...
class_filter_type, exclude,
class_filter_array, array( 'folder' )
...
with :
...
class_filter_type, include,
class_filter_array, array( 'classA','classB',... )
