how to get url of file(attachment)?

when my file.ini was set:
[BinaryFileSettings]
Handler=ezfilepasstrough

I can get the URL of file through---
mysitting/content/download/contentobjectid/attributeid/filename

But when my file.ini was set:
[BinaryFileSettings]
Handler=ezfiledirect

I can not get the url of file by above way.

Help me pls.
