No worries on the double post, this happens sometimes. I just wanted you to know I hid the duplicate.
About your question, is this the front end or the back end you are referring to with the language management?

You can use css to hide it or edit the file settings/override/site.ini.append.php and change the regional settings, remove all translationSA, I think it will work.
