Image alias problem after upgrading to ez 4.0.1

After upgranding to ez 4.0.1 now if I make new image alias in image.ini setting ez displaing the image with new image size but if then I change te size format for this new image alias ez still display the image with previous image size.
There is a new bug in ez 4.0.1?
