I have created a content object of invitation class, which is a custom class have some info about an invitation on a certain event. After I create a serials of there invitation object, I want to be able to select an object, and send an invitation mail to some people. These people are instance of custom defined "contact" content class, every one of these objects have an email address associated with it. In the object, there are two date attribute which defined as future time to re-send the invitation mail to those people don't reply the invitation mail yet at the scheduled time (day). In every invitation mail sent out, have an unique identifier in the url for each "contact" people. When someone click the url in the mail, which means to reply the inviation, it will be link to a web page show the invitation object template with form elements. The person can choose when to attend the invitation or not attend, then click submit button. The response needs be captured in the system. So, in the future time, the system will automatically sending out new invitation mail to those who didn't reply the invitation letter yet. The future sending time is based on the two date attributes value of the invitation object at the creation time by the admin in the back end.
