Ok, this small task has been daunting me for the past week, I would like to add a link on my menu back to "home" i.e. the site root, but whenever I add a "link" it opens in a new window, how can one go about doing so without it opening in a new window?

just for the record for anyone else who needed this information, I am not sure if it exists as i couldn't find it, and after 20 something days later i feel like I should have gotten more support, even though the support isn't guaranteed, I do know and understand.
The file that needs to be edited resides at this location. For the record there are other directories that contain this file as well, but this one needs to be changed, and also be sure to clear your cache to reflect the changes in this file.

Hi, didn't notice your question there.Sorry for not being more precise.
btw, link to root will normally look like this:
<a href={'/'|ezurl}>Home</a>
