Menu design

Hi all!

I need help to change the left menu design. I want the menu to drop down with a new format on the text, but not like the folder/tree design. I want it rught under the selecttion.

I've used ezpublish-3[1].4.4_installer.exe for windows on XP and the standard theme 8.

Maby someone have some turtorrials about this subject (stylesheet on eZ)
