Migrate web site HELP!

Hi, we are quite new to EZ and we are moving our web site to a new server. Our first attempt was not so successfull :) can anyone give us a step by step how to do it? We are moving from 3.5 to 3.5.

Thanks gonna try this. Checked the file consistency first and its says:

Warning, it is not safe to upgrade without checking the modifications done to the following files:

settings/site.ini
settings/siteaccess/admin/override.ini.append.php

design/base/override/templates/line/article.tpl
design/base/override/templates/listitem/article.tpl

How should i approach this?
