Modify footer, page title, ... in 4.3

Hello, I would like to modify the footer but when I edit the template "template/page_footer.tpl" I see:

{if $pagedesign.data_map.footer_text.has_content}
{$pagedesign.data_map.footer_text.content}
{/if}

And I don't see where in the backend I can modify this ... I got the same problem with the page title : In previous version of ez Publish I could edit page title, footer, etc within the backend in "look and feel"
