Module, URL translation and i18n

Hi,

I've developed a module and included it into the page structure using the URL translator.
I forward from /this/is/content to /my/module. This works fine.
With the internationalization of our site I now have two versions of the module, one in German and one in English. Thus my forward points from /this/is/content to /my/module_de and never to /my/module_en. Has anybody an idea how to handle this situation, so that the in my English site I can redirect to /my/module_de?
