Is it possible in eZ send an email on a specified date?

Also is it possible to move object from one node to another on a specified date?

Maybe it could be done using workflows, but how?

Marko,

take a look at the mailinglist workflow event in contributions, http://ez.no/community/contribs/workflow/mailinglist_workflow_event.

Install it, and you can have emails sent automatically when objects are published.

Regarding functions to move an object, I have been trying to implement this myself, without completely succeeding... Have a look at these two discussions:
