I`ve created a multiple site, everything was just fine. Then I started playing with global settings - that was stupid of me. Now bouth my page is displayed wrong. I`ve tried to run setup agein, but it wont work. I must change something in global settings, but I don`t understand where or where to put things. Is it some easy way I can resett global settings? This was really stupid of me :-(

I don't know if I understood your problem correctly. Your error was that you changed the files directly in the /settings folder and not in the override or siteaccess folders? If this is your problem: Why don't you just extract the downloaded eZ publish archive to another place (than your installation) and then copy the files which lie direcly in the /settings directory to the settings directory of your installation. Then you should clear your cache.
If you are on linux you can make a
diff -r <install_path>/settings <newly_extracted_path>/settings"
This shows you recursively all the differences (changed files, new files, deleted files). Perhaps it's helpfull if you make a new setup with the newly extracted installation. In this case the setup has put all the database settings, ... in the right place. The diff then shows you where to seek.
