perhabs a bug - custom xmltag

I create a custom tag "zentrieren". It works ok. (in body xmltext-field)
( I have no entry in override.ini, but put the "zentrieren.tpl" in
mydesign/override/templates/content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/zentrieren.tpl)

It works fine, also if I put a link within:

<custom name='zentrieren'>
mailto: <link href='mailto:hallo@ez.no'>hallo@ez.no</link>
</custom>

But if I want to edit the node and reopen it, ez deletes the link and there is exactly this:

<custom name='zentrieren'>
mailto: <link href=">hallo@ez.no</link>
</custom>

all content of zentrieren.tpl is: <center>{$content}</center>

I have 3.5.0
