I would like the search results to show only certain class types. How is this done? Thanks in advance.

This way:
{section name=Child loop=fetch(content, tree, hash( parent_node_id, $node.node_id, class_filter_type, exclude, class_filter_array, array(1,20) ) ) }
class_filter_type can also be include.1,20 is an array of classes.
