Hello,
Since I upgrade ezPublish from 3.8 to 3.9, I cannot use the Design section of the Admin interface: <b>the SiteAccess popup list remains empty</b>, so I cannot update the design parameters available in this section.
I also have the following warning message:<i>Undefined offset: 0 in f:\data\ez_epnoe\trunk\kernel\visual\menuconfig.php on line 59</i>
