Size image in Ko with Image datatype

Hi,

I would like the size images that are uploaded don't exceed 30ko
So, in the class attribute I set the size to 0.03MB
But this doesn't work and I can upload an image which doesn't exceed the upload_max_filesize php.ini parameter

Is there a way to do such a thing ?
