Template for user registered email?

I have added some new fields to the user profile and want to be able to include them in the email sent to the administrator when the new user registers but I cannot find the template used for this email. I have looked at the user templates and the collectedinfomail ones but none seem to be the right one.

Please can someone tell me which one it is?

Thank you Lukasz for pointing me to the correct template. I have created an override template from it and added my 3 fields. It looks like I haven't done it right, or perhaps there is another stage I don't know about. I have copied the format of the user name and email address but used my fieldnames eg.

for email: {'Email'|i18n('design/standard/user/register')}: {$user.email}

so I have {'Weekly Updates'|i18n('design/standard/user/register')}: {$user.weekly_updates}

The prompts are appearing on the registration email but nothing to indicate the checkbox was ticked. What do I have to do to get something to display to show whether the checkbox has been ticked?
