Toolbar management

Hello again.

I would like to change items within toolbar - I would like to remove 'login' and 'register' and add 'basket' to be visible all the time (for anonymous user too). I tried Toolbar management in Design section, but adding or removing tools there didn't change anything.

Hi,
do you clear all the caches (manually or automatically)?

and verified that you have check the siteaccess in wich you want to see your change.

The theory is when we know everything and nothing works.
The practice is when everything works and nobody knows why.

Ok, I used this [SiteAccessRules] part of site.ini. Works ok, but when I disable some view, for example shop/orderlist, I cannot access it from admin. Can I set the rule in a way that I can see some view in the admin, but not on the public site?
