url translation not working

Hi,
I use 3.4.2 version with utf-8 db and postgres. I followed all the instractions:
I aded:
[URLTranslator]
Translation=enabled

in my /settings/override/site.ini.append.php

and I use virtual host

I used <A href={$mynode.url_alias|ezroot}>{$mynode.name}</A> in my template

everything like told in http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/customization/tips_tricks/creating_nice_urls

but I get no url translation.

I also tried the url translator in the admin site and it didn't work

please help I'm desperet!

This documentation is somewhat outdated. You can set up url-translation from the administration interface now. (Setup -> URL translator) I just tested it with postgresql and it works perfectly.
