Which template file?

I am trying to output object instances' attribute values from the File class by using the {$node.object.data_map.attribute_identifier.output} command.

The only question I have is: What template file should I edit?
I tried to override the /content/view/line.tpl file for the File Class, but nothing is output. Perhaps it's the wrong template file I'm overriding.

I have searched all the eZ site for information on what templates files to edit to get the desired output results. Without luck.

Any idea on what template file I should edit to get the objects' attribute values output?

Hi there,

in such cases, Template Debug comes in handy. Turn it on in your site.ini.append in the /settings/override/ folder:

[TemplateSettings]
# Use either enabled to see which template files are loaded or disabled to supress debug
Debug=enabled

This switch causes eZ Publish to render all used templates in your HTML output and you can easily locate the template you need to a) edit or b) override.
