Translation permission without edit permission

I think that add a permission which solve this problem can be a good improvement for eZ 3.8 and after

In the case of an Intranet or of a large collaboratif site, the right of translated contents of another user (without having the permission to modify its text original) is a lack today.

It would be necessary to have the possibility to be a translator.

What do you think about it?
