error with the cache file wildcard

I don't know if this error kill apache or if apache have a bug and generate this error . I check the cache file and there is no bug at the line 7490. Can I delete all row in the table ezurlalias with the attribute is_wildcard set to 1 without of risk ? In the setting (site.ini) I can disable wildcard translation but what will happen ? don't flush the cache

When this error appear, the web site is dead.
I don't know if this error kill apache or if apache have a bug and generate this error .

Can I delete all row in the table ezurlalias with the attribute is_wildcard set to 1
without of risk ?
