Hello Arumugam, i have come across this problem before, what i have done is use an edithandler to publish the object in the right location, depending on combobox

http://serwatka.net/blog/ez_publish_3_8_new_custom_edit_handler When an object gets publish, the edit handler gets triggered before the object is published, you can then the location a this time. i am not sure bunt i think a saw somewhere that you can create a field in you form that specifies the parent id of the new object....
