Hi, I've spend the last 7 hours experimenting with this, am running out of things to try. Please help. I created a new datatype "objectrelationX" based on the object relation datatype. Everything is the same as the object relation datatype, other than that "objectrelationX" allows the admin to restrict the node from which the user can pick a related object from. Currently, the object relation datatype allows the user to pick any object under the root folder, because the start_node of "browse" is set to "2". Yet I have trouble setting the start_node parameter. Can someone suggest a way of setting the start_node at the template level or the php or tpl files of the extension datatype in question "objectrelationX"?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
