Web Stats for eZpublish 3.1-1

Is there any stats monitoring software that works well with eZpublish 3.1. What are you guys using for webstats monitoring?

Due to performance impacts, ez3 does not store the "hits" within the application (ez2 did this).
But you can use any suitable software to analyze your apache webserver log. If you use a lot of "url_aliasing", your should get usefull information from it.

I am currently using awstats but I don't have url_aliaising enabled. Also, I have three sites setup on one ezpublish configuration so stats monitoring through awstats becomes difficult.
