Have a problem using "country shipping extension" on 3.9.1 where shipping is not being calculated. Am currently attempting to get this working on a 3.9.1 site and all seems to work except that no shipping charges are occurring. Wondered if the customer country or site country are not being picked up. Any suggestions on why this is occurring?
