I am thinking of a solution in which emails sent to a support address are converted into tickets in a support system. A few groupware suits (e.g. phproject) support these. In fact, I just need a script via a cronjob that reads a linux mailbox file, extracts mails and creates a specific object. Any ideas? Cheers, Karsten

I have used http://ez.no/community/contribs/import_export/ezmailimport2 with some success. It needs a POP3 or IMAP server, though.
