Image degradation ???

Hello,
EZ publish is degradating pictures. as a matter of fact the image quality is approximately divided by 3
So obviously there is a set up some where that allow EZ to rework my images ....
I realy need to <b>disable</b> this function, but I dont know where

i undestood better when i read the image.ini file, consequently i deleted all alias (big, small, medium), because what i want only one replication of my images (too muche images, too muche space on the disk).

So, at this time the front is great. it is showing the original picture, but i can't see it in the preview of my article in the back office.

Any ideas ?
