Permissions problems with editor user

Log in the admin interface and change the policy for the editor to allow the function 'Password' in the module 'user'. Refresh the cache... That's normal. the editor has no right to edit his/her own password.
Log in the admin interface and change the policy for the editor to allow the function 'Password' in the module 'user'.
Refresh the cache...
