Unexpected disconnection

Hi all

We've recently launched our website (http://www.vodkaster.com ) based on eZ and some of our users have reported the following issue when navigating in our web site while being logged in : they seem to be randomly and frequently disconnected

It is something we have not been able to reproduce i our dev team - so far.

FYI, here is what I have in my siteaccess site.ini file

[Session]
RememberMeTimeout=
SessionTimeout=1296000
ActivityTimeout=7200
CookieTimeout=1296000

Is this a known issue ?

(the disconnection apparently occurs when user are viewing embedded videos)

Hi,

Can you tell what version of eZ is installed, and also which browsers the users are using which experience these disconnections?

I found the following bug, which should now be fixed, and it's behaviour sounds similar to what you describe: http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=15269&activeItem=1
