cannot see 'Keep me updated' button in forum

Hello.

I have a problem in that I cannot see the 'Keep me updated' button when I am adding new forum topic, although I am logged in as an admin. I didn't change anything in templates. How can I access that button?

Hello,

The button is next to the "new reply" one, it is called "track changes".
