EzPublish 4.06 DB error

Usually this happen at random like playing lottery. I was getting this error with previous versions to. It is very annoying and ending up with some unfinish work. My DB is postgres 7.4.17 and php 5.2.9 in hosting environment. php 5.2.9 has a bug in array_unique, update to 5.2.10 to solve the issue.
