How to create a download link to a PDF-File?

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to create a link to a PDF-File. Did create a new class "PDF" (props: name, description, binary file), but including the URL of that file always shows [ezobjectcontentclass].

What can I do?

Could some1 please tell me how to create a download link so that it will say. Open or save as or cancel.

To reference a download link you need to access the content of the ezbinaryfile class. Have a look at the ez template:

design/standard/templates/content/datatype/view/ezbinaryfile_direct.tpl
