reCaptcha for user registration

I am trying to make reCaptcha Extension work with users registration but it is not working at all... you could simply put whatever you want in the reCaptcha and you will be instantly registered. I checked the instructions for the Comments implementation and I almost copied them... but no luck. Has anyone implemented this extension in the registry form? Am I missing something? Yes I am using that contribution... somehow is not responding I can even dont write anything... I think I am missing something to force the registry form to do this... How did you implemented it on comments? can you paste an example of how you wrote the code?
