SSL and extremely SLOW Admin side in 4.4

Hi. I have implemented SSL in my Admin side of the site. It's configured for different URL's.

The problem is that its a PAIN to enable it. the system will go EXTREMILY SLOW, unusable. EZFLOW in fact wont show the Frontpage layouts and left menu will simply not open...

Am I missing something here? I changed keep configurations to SSL (all of them for the Admin side)...

Have you opened up your browser's network debugger (safari and chrome has one, firefox has with firebug, ie9 has one as well) to see witch urls take so long? Otherwise enable debug redirection to see if there some redirection going on on the eZ Publish side on each request.
