Problem with traslation's sistem in Catalan language

Is generic in all Administration.

Javascript Error produced by special characters (") in this language.

Version 3.8.x. In previous version of eZ Publish not ocurr.

When replace the text in template by the traslation in catalan unescape the character ' (") that cause the error.

Any suggestion to resolve problem???
