As far as I can see, it is abandonware, and the translation is managed within the global ezpublish_translation projects.
So why not:
1. make svn repo read_only
2. mark it clearly on the homepage of ezpublish-translation-fre-fr?

The same goes for http://projects.ez.no/ez_publish_br I guess. But you are in the team leader group of this project, why not do it on your own (at least for the clear message stuff) ?

ok ok :-) You're obviously right !
What I meant, is given the fact that the last SVN commit is from 2009-10-02 and the official launch of ezpublish_translation, you can assume as a leader of this project it's not useful anymore.

Put a 'deprecated' notice both on the homepage of the extension and in the svn. Asking the "powers that be" for shutting down write-access to the repo...

ps: the brazilian one looks pretty much active... asking the leader to fold it back
