I just finished installing eZPublish. It wasn't bad at all. I do have a couple of suggestions that would make it slightly better for many users, I think.
1. Always suggest the next step in the process for the user. In particular, in doc/INSTALL the last information in the file is, "That's it, Enjoy!" Better might be, "That's it! Now you can go to your web site <httproot>(*) and begin using eZPublish."
(And actually, that wasn't it. Once I went to my web site I had to do some more configuration in the eZPublish setup procedure.) (*) (or wherever this is supposed to be) 2. After finishing the eZPublish setup procedure, the setup procedure should say how I can edit my site's content! I still don't know how to do this and will have to look for documentation about how to do it. - A
